Salesforce has become one of the most popular customer relationship management (CRM) systems on the market. To support that growth, an entire industry of consulting firms have popped up specializing entirely on configuring and implementing Salesforce.  And this industry, because they rely so heavily on Salesforce co-selling to support their own business development, are required to facilitate Salesforce’s sales efforts to add new licenses, and upsell additional features and functionality that may not be in the best interests of their clients. This perverse incentive leads Salesforce’s customers down an expensive path that is often misaligned with the true needs and priorities of those organizations.   

And even when the consultants are working in good faith, by the very nature of their Salesforce focus, they are often unaware of any non-Salesforce based solutions to their client’s challenges.  This phenomenon leads Salesforce clients down the same path, where the answer to every business challenge is “more Salesforce”!

If Salesforce is the right solution, we will configure and implement it to meet our client's specific requirements. If it isn't , we recommend an alternative that better meets their needs. Our goal is to be a trusted advisor to our clients, not just a salesperson or evangelist.

To earn that trusted advisor status, we prioritize transparency, aligning with our clients and keeping them informed every step of the way and maintaining alignment throughout to ensure that we are meeting expectations. 

We don't want our clients to feel like they are a transaction.  That’s why our focus is to treat them as a true partner, keeping  their best interest in mind in the spirit of that relationship.

Because we don’t rely on Salesforce to feed us business, we are able to prioritize technology-agnostic customer success absolutely.
